Information Systems Management
(ISM)
This thematic session has long served as a forum for the exchange of ideas for practitioners and theoreticians dealing with the broad issues of information systems management in organizations and society. We invite papers in four complementary areas: the use of AI and RPA to support management in companies and society, information systems management in organizations, the place and role of IT in empowering managers within organizations, and aspects of sustainable development in management information systems. We are particularly interested in the adaptation of modern technologies in management information systems, i.e., the potential use of artificial intelligence, robotics, process automation, and business intelligence to support the work of IT specialists and managers, decision-making, and guiding the strategic development of organizations. We also welcome papers on the impact of information systems on sustainable development and the development of methods for assessing this process, moving towards multi-criteria methods.
